This is a quick and easy smoothie that is sure to be a hit at your house! Our son loves it, he thinks he is getting a treat, when really I am starting his day off with 5 fruits!
Ingredients:
1 banana
½ cup orange juice
handful of peach slices
handful of strawberries
handful of blueberries
ice cubes if needed/desired
** You could also easily add chia seeds to this to give it an extra protein boost**
Step 1: Add the banana - I break it into chunks, but my little chef was excited, so we forgot.
Step 2: Add the orange juice
Step 3: Add the rest of the fruit
Step 4: MIX IT UP!
Step 5: SERVE IT UP!
Step 6: DRINK IT UP
Quick, easy, healthy… AND the boy child likes it. What's better than that to start your day?
